Course Introduction

Hello, I’m Kathy, an English teacher with a passion for literature - especially the works of William Shakespeare.

This course is designed to make Shakespeare’s writing accessible and engaging as we explore Othello, one of his most powerful tragedies.

Together, we’ll uncover its timeless themes of love, jealousy, and betrayal, and discover how they still speak to us today.

My goal is to help you not just study Othello, but truly connect with it - and see Shakespeare as a living voice that continues to inspire and illuminate the human experience.
